You're missing my point. I put "face" in quotes because I don't
believe for a moment that the face is the source of Silk's charisma.
But I am suggesting that Typhon had the same persuasive/commanding
ability as Silk; that this was a genetically bred ability; and that
Typhon wanted to have it when he (via Pas) came to the Whorl's
destination.

And, yes, I did mean that Pas was to d/l into Silk.
