Where's the evidence that Inire, in particular, has the same power-set as
Tzadkiel?  As I understand is, Tzadkiel is a Hierogrammate and has certain
powers thereby--and it is not even clear that all other Hierogrammates
possess the same powers.

Inire seems to be a Hierodule.  Hierodules use illusions to conceal their
facial features on occasion, but they do not appear to have Tzadkiel-esque
shapeshifting powers.

Is there evidence that Inire is in fact a Hierogrammate, or that Hierodules
in general can shapeshift?
