Yes, I think it is the demiurge again enacting his plan.  The male and female voice are Typhon and his mistress whispering words of love to their zygote child, superman I style, but this time planted in his brain for the right moment.  The entire system is closed, and Typhon sets up multiple iterations of himself, Pas, Outsider, all for his own glorification.
