I can see evidence for Neighbor blood or something neighborly being given to
Horn in the pit.  As a matter of fact, I've taken it as a given.  A neighbor
visits him, and sends his spirt to Nettle (after touching him on the
forehead).  Something very real happened there, which does connect Horn to
the Neighbors directly somehow.  However, I don't think there is a transfer
of souls.

The dream projection to me is directly related, in part, to the ability of
the Inhumu to project an image of themselves into the mind of humans,
probably coupled with the ability of the neighbors to project themselves.
It's a confusing element, to be sure.
