That's all very well, Marc, but except in a very limited number of cases<br>
society can't be sure the person is really guilty, and laws aren't made for<br>
a very limited number of cases. For some, the issue may be the ethics of<br>
killing a murderer; for most, the issue is the ethics of killing a potential<br>
innocent just for the kicks of avenging blood with blood.<br>
