for the cities, we know that one was Nessus, built on Urth by humans (with some
extra-Solar input), and one was the City of the Inhumi, built on Green by the

described. Was it full of skyscrapers like the City of the Inhumi appears
to be? If so, I think Severian would have mentioned them somewhere.
Even if it was, I don’t think it would be a defining property of a galactically
