Hello all,<div><br></div><div>Just wanted to let you all know that we've updated Ultan's Library with a new essay.</div><div><br></div><div>Well I say new, it's actually a piece written by British SF novelist Stephen Palmer twenty years ago for Vector, the BSFA journal, which he used to host on his website, but lost. He's recently come across it again and we're proud to republish it.</div>
