Sure, Pas has a motive, but there are problems. <br>Firstly, Pas is likely dead during the early part of the tetralogy as he makes his comeback in Epiphany. Secondly, he also has a foreknowledge problem regarding Silk being the best for the evacuation. Finally, I am specifically interested in actual evidence as we have seen that there are lots of people with motives to get Silk installed.<br>
