“Lives of the Seventeen Megatherians” is simply *wrong* as a possible name for a biography of Abaia, Erebus, and the rest, for a multitude of reasons.  They are never referred to as ‘the Megatherians’ either.  And we also know that there are even animals called megatheres at large in the grounds of the House absolute.
