As for a collective of beings constituting Supposed Inire sightings I
might be able to get behind.  Inire being certainly  a Hierodule may
be able to shed parts of himself into different forms and bodies (like
Tzadkiel) and this may also explain thier Ape like features.  Remember
Severian first describes Zaks first form as apelike.
