(urth) Pike's Ghost

Yeah his powers seem to be telekinetic in nature.  I know he breaks
Severians staff and animates the corpse.  Telekinesis would surely
allow these acts as they are physical manipulation.  Does he do
anything else extraordinary that Telekinesis wouldnt explain?
