Conjunction doesn't need to be THAT close. Since the atmospheres can't
actually touch (although that would be cool), the planets just need to
be closer than usual. if the inhumi evolved for space flight between
Green and Blue at conjunction they only need to be able to accomplish
space flight between Green and Blue at conjunction.
