Considering what the other hieros look like, he would at least need a mask.
Vertumnus doesn't necessarily shapeshift, either. In the myth of Pomona,
for example, he wears a wig. I am reminded of Agilus's ribbons. I was
thinking of Tzadkiel as the more obvious shapeshifting example.
