Seems to me that whereas spirit, mind, and body are clear divisions, 
that between memories and persona is more subject to authorial "whim" 
(i.e., necessity). But that's not to say Wolfe violates it. I can see 
the resurrected Horn as Neighbor personality + Horn memories. That would 
explain why he doesn't start acting Neighborly. His body seems to have 
changed as well.
