Hethor may be originally from the reign of Severian the Lame, so Sev 
*is* his ultimate master.

Hethor may be a mad Ship-double of sailor Eata, who ran away before his 
elevation to journeyman but after Sev's elevation to master, so Sev is 
his more immediate master.
