Heh. Just because Silk is "the main character" for us readers does not mean he is the main
character in every character's life. There were many unmentioned cities on the whorl. Who
knows how many copies of Whorl gods were doing who knows what in each of them. And why would
Mamelta have any special knowledge of what Typhon looked like (assuming as you do, that she is
not Kypris)? Paintings and rock carving are hardly accurate enough renditions to warrant a swoon
of recognition in encountering a flesh and blood version of Typhon.

Anyway, you are obsessing on the theme of identical features when it has been clearly established
that such a thing is not necessary among genetic descendents, even clones. (anyway, isn't James
arguing Silk is a Tussah clone not Typhon? anyway...). The evidence is based on perceived familial
connections not identicality of appearance. The burden of proof is on you to explain why Silk cannot
possibly be descended from Typhon if you want to destroy James' and others' theory about this.

(if you are just trying to challenge the theory, test it, that task was accomplished long ago;
you persist as if trying to achieve victory).
