(urth) Wolfe ebooks & stories

I tried Googling a few phrases from the text, but didn't get any meaningful
hits – someone posted the story to a blog in 2007, attributing it to Wolfe.
Couldn't find anything in a books search aside from the Borski citation
Gwern already mentioned. If the story ever appeared under a different
byline, I couldn't find it online. Didn't try running any database searches
though – I no longer have free access to any of them.
