(urth) Is Agia a Robot?

Incidentally, "Agia" means "holy." So there you are.

I take her as a kind of pretender to the throne of Urth. She killed 
Vodalus and took his place:

Agia, whom I might have loved, has chosen instead to become a female 
Vodalus, taking all that lives most fully in humanity as her opponent.

Also, from UotNS:

Perhaps it was some third thing, sensed unconsciously; but I felt again 
as I had when, so much younger, I had encountered Agia—a desire so
strong that it seemed more spiritual than any faith, its flesh burned 
away in the heat of its own yearning.

Um...

Also, the lucivee with which she tore Severian's cheek is named after a 
lynx, yet it is clearly what we call the "tiger's claw," supposedly a 
ninja weapon.

What was somebody saying about Agia being an assassin? (And I agree with 
Ryan---she is Asian in appearance.)
