And because I interpret BotNS from a paranoid POV, meaning I believe there are people watching/shaping Severian's life from start to finish. I agree with Borski, insofar as Terminus Est potentially having a tracking device for FBO to track Severian. And with Ossipago being the "odd thing out" compared to F and B, I sense a roboticness about him, same as I do with Palaemon.
