I'll take a stab and guess that the sane person sees the world as it is. 

Of course, the sane person actually sees the world as it best serves (or suits) him or her, but that's another question.

We are not talking about rationality.

We are talking about sanity.

You are behaving as if the two terms were identical.

They are not.

What does the term 'sane' mean?

Will no one attempt to answer this simple question?
