to be read. 

Have you not found and read Severian's autobiography? 

Have you not therefore been in Master Ultan's Library?

Master Ultan's Library is expansive and extends though Time as well.
Your local library is an extension of M. Ultan's Library. Same with
your local bookstore and the bookshelves in your home.
