I did't include Erebus, Abaia, or Juturna, because, on one hand, Severian doesn't really defeat them.  Also, this vertical idea is pretty specific to SWORD, which finds Severian knocking them down like dominoes.  I suppose we could place them into a hierarchy. Perhaps they're lowest position indicates them as completely opposite the Increate.
