Anyway, you know that Ellen isn't the final Cylon.
Since "Earth" turned out to be home to a different breed of Cylon where they aged, she is just an aged 6.
 
And the final Cylon is....

ps...How did I miss that the Whorl was orbiting B&G for 40 years and why did it take so long for them to leave????
