The more Wolfe I read, the more I wonder if "Gene Wolfe" isn't another
one of his unreliable narrators...

Though I agree on this one. I suppose it's natural for a Christian to
take on some of the attributes of Christ. Wolfe loves stories of
imitators coming to resemble the imitated. Of course, Sev isn't
intentionally imitating Christ... It's unconscious on his part and
conscious on Wolfe's?
