In terms of commercial audio recordings of his stories, a reading of Wolfe's short story "Hunter's Lake" is included in "The Best of Fantasy and Science Fiction Magazine, September-November 2003 (Unabridged Selections)". It's available from Audible, though I've not heard this recording. Nigel
