It's remarkable how stirred up people get over a person expressing their
opinion.

I don't think it is right for you to interfere in Spencer's attempt to put
me in my place.

It is obviously important to him, and the sooner he learns to distinguish
between the things that are under his control and the things that are not
under his control, the better off he'll be.
